I had a normal life until that fateful day.
I was in the part of Brooklyn where there was a lot of stoop sales, so I decided to browse some of the shops and look for some Pokemon games. I've only played the ones for DS, and I have a Gameboy Color that I never played before because I had no games, and this was my chance to get a game for it.
I was searching the entire day for a new game. Then I came across a newly painted building, and it looked like it had just been moved into.
The person at the stoop sale said they were trying to get rid of some old stuff that they wouldn't need in their new house. The had Pokemon Gold.
